Liss — Holistic Thinking Coach
My story: My path into coaching began with the power of presence: listening deeply, and watching how it frees thought. I noticed how it can soften stress and open clarity, and encourage a clearer mind and lighter heart. Through my own untangling, In learning to listen inward — to my body, my emotions, my drive, and my spirit — I discovered that clarity and freedom come not from fixing, but from gently clearing space, to hear what was happening within me. That journey taught me that the answers are already within us; we just need room to hear them. As a coach, I hold space for the whole of you. I work with the interconnectedness of mind, body, emotion, and spirit, because I truly believe when one part feels out of rhythm, the rest follows. My way of being is honest, gentle, curious, and grounded — helping you return to your own voice, your own definition of success, your own alignment.

How I work
When you sit down with me, you’ll find a space that feels gentle and reflective — a pause from the noise of everyday life. My way of working is rooted in the 'Time to Think' approach, which means I give you the spaciousness to explore your own thoughts and rhythms. I’m person‑centred, offering empathy, authenticity, and acceptance as the foundation, and I’ll weave in mindful or somatic techniques if they feel right for you. You lead the session. I’ll check in often about how you want to work, sometimes offering a simple worksheet if it supports your process, but never overwhelming you with structure. What matters most is that the work comes from you — your pace, your voice, your natural rhythm. Coaching with me is about helping you hear yourself more clearly, so you can move forward in a way that feels true to who you are.
